At Nordic Mugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on items purchased through our marketplace.

RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This period begins when you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the item.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused
• In the original packaging
• With all original tags and labels attached

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To start a return, contact us at info@nordicmugs.com or through your account on our website. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our marketplace featuring unique and vintage items, direct exchanges are generally not available. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nordicmugs.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Items not in their original condition or packaging
